Gipsy Hill Hotel prides itself on friendly staff and good food. Being only 1 mile from Junction 29 of the m5 and the a30 and 3 miles from Exeter City Centre. Exeter Business Park is just 400 meters away and The Met Office 600 meters

All children from 2 to 12 years are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Reservations must be cancelled before 16:00 hrs with regard to the date in advance stated in the policy below.

By Car:
- From junction 29 of the M5 turn right towards Exeter.
- At the 1st roundabout turn right into Exeter Business Park.
- Turn right at the next roundabout.
